Mark Kennedy is the author of “Secrets of the Carpet Cleaning Super-Giants” and creator of the “Levels of Success Program,” a sales, marketing, and management system for cleaning and restoration companies. Mark is a former cleaning business owner, and has been a strategic systems consultant to over 40 of today’s largest cleaning companies, including some of the largest rug cleaning operations in the US. His sales, marketing, and management systems have increased clients’ revenue by up to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Mark and Lisa Wagner have built a large volume of operational and marketing systems and tools for the rug cleaning industry to help rug companies run more consistently, more profitably, and more smoothly.
