President
Jessika is CFI’s President for 2025-2026. Jessika has a rich history in our industry, having been in the inspection, cleaning, infection control, and restoration industry for over 35 years, opening my first disaster restoration business in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1982.
Vincent Attardo
President - Elect
With over 40 years of experience in environmental cleaning and restoration and 13 years in plumbing and drain cleaning, Vince is a long-time industry leader and CFI member. He has built successful teams, developed strategies to make business ownership both fun and profitable, and is dedicated to CFI’s growth.
Roby Harris
Chairman of the Board
Roby Harris, is currently CFI’s Chairman of the Board, and as a long term member has served on the CFI Board of Directors as Northern California Chapter Director, Secretary Treasurer, and President.
Roby is the owner of Twice as Nice, a certified, professional carpet and upholstery cleaning business in Redding, CA. and is IICRC trained and certified for all the services which he provides.

Founded in 1992, Preferred Floor and Fiber Care is owned and operated by Edgar Alvarez. Being born to Colombian immigrants who started and owned a janitorial company, he learned how to work hard, apply ethical beliefs, and set values that are still with him today.
