It is with great honor that I write the President’s Message as your newly elected president. I am truly humbled by the trust you have placed in me to lead this incredible association, and I am inspired by the work that has been done by my predecessors, whose dedication and vision have set the foundation for where we are today.
I want to take a moment to thank the outgoing president, Roby Harris, whose leadership and commitment over the past years have been nothing short of exemplary. I also wish to honor past EC members Charlene Locke and Ralph Denning – your passion for this organization has moved us forward, and I will look to build on the legacy you’ve created.
I also would like to extend my sincerest thanks to all the members for their support and confidence. I am aware of the responsibility that comes with this role, and I commit to working tirelessly to ensure that the CFI continues to thrive, adapt, and lead in these changing times.
My vision for the future of our institute is centered on collaboration, growth, and innovation. Our strength lies in our unity, and it is my goal to foster an inclusive environment where every member feels empowered to contribute, to share ideas, and to be heard.
We live in a rapidly evolving world, and now, more than ever, it is crucial that we stay at the forefront of our industry. My focus will be on enhancing consumer advocacy, recognition, and branding, providing in-person and online professional development opportunities, and increasing the value of membership so that CFI remains the go-to resource for consumers and professional cleaners. I encourage each of you to actively participate in shaping the future of our association.
