January and February are historically slower months in our industry, making them the perfect time to invest in training and professional development. In our cleaning company, we recently enrolled a technician in a CCT class, ensuring they continue to build their expertise.
I also had the opportunity to attend Encapalooza in Las Vegas this January—an incredible event filled with education, industry exhibitors, and valuable networking with fellow cleaners. This month, Vincent, Eloy, and I are heading to San Diego for the Textile Pro Masters Event hosted by our own CFI member, Lisa Wagner. This event offers actionable strategies from top industry experts, panel discussions, high-end huddles, and, most importantly, a strong network of experienced professionals in the high-end cleaning market.
In addition to training, the slower months provide a great opportunity to organize and refresh our shops, ensuring we’re ready for the busy season ahead. Let’s prepare to make the most of spring cleaning season!
