Company History Started as a textile company Janitoral Services, Best carpet care and then Ambassador services. It was ran by his father Albert Ong 1980. We have come a long way and have rebranded to Prostone Services. We specialize in stone restoration and also offer carpet cleaning.
Owner Bio Jonathan Ong is the minority owner of Freedom Auto Care and Prostone Services. He manages the start up and operations of the company. Jonathan too began working at the young age of 5 from his family’s business, Prostone Services, and has grown with the company until taking ownership in 2019. Since the transition, the company has increased well over 4 times its original gross revenues and maximized its quality assurance and control measures. Jonathan has a degree in Business Management from San Jose State University with a Commissioning through Santa Clara University as an Engineer Officer in the United Stated Army Corps of Engineers. Upon exiting the military in April 2023 with full retirement benefits, Jonathan accumulated awards to include, but not limited to: 5x Army Achievement Medals, 2x Army Commendation Medals, Army Meritorious Service Medal, NATO Support Medal, Afghanistan Campaign Ribbon, Global War on Terrorism Medal, and much more. His efforts in operations, logistics, and project management, during Operation Freedom’s Sentinel in Afghanistan saved the US military millions of dollars in operating expenses.
