I started Prestige Carpet Care in November of 1993 part time while holding down a full time job with the United States Postal service. I was determined to build up enough customers in order to be able to resign from my full time job. In the summer of 2000, I was finally able to do so and have not looked back.
My business has been strictly built on referrals from satisfied customers with never any paid advertising. Prestige Carpet Care focuses on residential services for those consumers that are willing to pay for a high quality experience. From the beginning, I sought out education and mentorship from some of the most respected individuals in our industry. Many of these mentors, have or are still involved with CFI. I make keeping in touch with my clientele a top priority and do so by thank you cards, newsletters, reminder cards, and such. I am committed to providing the highest quality workmanship in carpet, rug, and upholstery care for the discriminating homeowner.
